House System & Benefits

At Pathways British School, the House System promotes team spirit, leadership, and healthy competition. Every student is assigned to a house and participates in sports, debates, quizzes, arts, and community activities throughout the year. The system encourages collaboration, school pride, and personal growth. Students take on leadership roles, build confidence, and learn to work as a team. It’s a fun and engaging way to help students develop responsibility, resilience, and a strong sense of belonging within the school community.

Socialising with different children

Belonging to a House and participating in activities allows pupils to interact with children of different ages, cultures and backgrounds. It also helps foster their caring side as they support other children from different years, for example, helping them during sports day. This breaks down barriers between age groups and pushes children out of their comfort zones, boosting their confidence and self-esteem.
